Ridley High hosts fitness seminar

RIDLEY If staying in shape is on your New Year's resolution list, this workshop is for you.

The Ridley School District will hold a seminar to teach iPad owners how to use the tablet to monitor and improve fitness using the iFit App.

The workshop is scheduled for 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Room A103 at Ridley High School, 901 Morton Ave.
