A pregnant Sewell woman was killed in a two-car crash Wednesday night, Washington Township police said Thursday.

A pregnant Sewell woman was killed in a two-car crash Wednesday night, Washington Township police said Thursday.

Toni Bolis' 2005 Ford Escape was heading west on Pitman Downer Road when Daniel Pereira, 21, of Glassboro, who was driving east, crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with Bolis' vehicle, police said. Police were dispatched to the accident shortly before 8:30 p.m.

Bolis, 29, was nine months pregnant. She and her baby died at Kennedy University Hospital-Washington Township.

Pereira was taken to Cooper University Hospital in Camden, where he was treated for internal injuries.

No charges had been filed.
