Police yesterday identified the 18-year-old who was fatally shot Tuesday night in South Philadelphia as Jerome Salley of Southwest Philadelphia.
Police yesterday identified the 18-year-old who was fatally shot Tuesday night in South Philadelphia as Jerome Salley of Southwest Philadelphia.
He was found with a gunshot wound to the neck in a yard in the 2700 block of Daly Terrace around 7:30 p.m., police said.
He had been shot nearby in the 2200 block of South 27th Street. Salley, who lived in the Eastwick section, was pronounced dead at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania at 7:50 p.m. - Peter Mucha
