Police have identified a 17-year-old boy slain Sunday night in North Philadelphia. Tyquan Harris was pronounced dead at 9:08 p.m., about 10 minutes after he was found on the doorstep of a home in the 2800 block of North Stillman Street, a few blocks from his residence on North 26th Street.
