Police said Marvin Sutter, of the 300 block of East Erie Avenue, is the man seen in a surveillance video casing the university's Stratton Building at 3201 Chestnut St. before being confronted by a female 57-year-old science instructor about 6:15 p.m. Sutter fled after the victim started to scream, leaving with her cell phone, police said.

Police said Sutter is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Southwest Detective Division at 215-686-3183 or the police tip line at 215-686-8477 (TIPS).
