Clinton Harris, 24, is charged with criminal homicide in the March 13 slaying of 22-year-old Joe Rountree in Easton.
Ericca Pagan testified at a preliminary hearing Friday that Rountree, the father of her two children, died in her arms. She said Rountree was facing Harris when she heard six gunshots and believed Harris had shot him.
But Pagan later said she also saw a dark figure standing behind Rountree. Defense attorney Philip Lauer unsuccessfully sought dismissal of the charges. - AP
