In Chester, police focus on a new type of crime: Online robberies

Since Jan. 2017, the department has logged 28 online robberies, some of which involved a weapon. "It's easy pickins. An unsuspecting person comes in," Chief James Nolan said. "They're expecting just to make a business transaction and a predator is waiting on them."
