Is the FBI's investigation of U.S. Rep. Bob Brady over?

Federal prosecutors are now time-barred from pursuing against Brady many of the charges they filed against his 2011 challenger, former Municipal Court Judge Jimmie Moore, and his political aides, Ken Smukler and Donald "D.A." Jones.
