Letters: Why I'm a black woman for Hillary
I'M ONE OF those "bitter" Americans that Sen. Obama spoke of, but not for the reasons he stated. I'm an African-American female, a member of the demographic you guys in the media pronounced as being solidly in Obama's camp. I guess you can call me one of that other 10 percent.

I'm bitter because this election has revealed a level of media bias that, to me, is unprecedented. It's clear that many members of the media openly advocate for Obama's candidacy.
Obama has been given a free pass by the media. He avoids tough issues whenever possible. The questions he does tackle are always answered in general terms with few specifics, and he keeps making the vague promises of "change" and "hope."
Hillary Clinton is clearly more qualified, has a grasp of the issues that Americans face, and gives detailed, well-thought-out answers.
