DEAR MR. MAYOR:

Your question to Jack Kelly in the Stu Bykofsky article asking him why the PACCA situation was so important to him really enraged me.

My question to you, Mr. Mayor, is why it is not important to you.

After I read the article, I really regretted voting for you.
