With last night's crowd of 20,304, the Flyers officially broke a total of 1 million fans for just the second time in franchise history.
In 1999-2000, the Flyers set the record of 1,003,352 fans to pass through the turnstiles. Including last night's game, 1,000,372 have watched the Flyers in person - including 199,406 over 10 home playoff dates.
The Flyers moved into the Wachovia Center in October 1996.
They are just 2,980 fans away from shattering that record, which would easily be done with Game 6. Last night's Game 4 was also the largest crowd to ever watch a hockey game at the Wachovia Center, breaking the record set Wednesday night in Game 3 by 7. And it also surpassed Game 3 as the largest crowd ever to watch an NHL game in the state of Pennsylvania.
