Pitching matchup: RHP Roy Halladay (8-3, 2.56) vs. RHP Carlos Zambrano (5-2, 3.98)

HALLADAY vs. CUBS: Halladay has allowed at least two runs, but not much more, in each of his last seven starts. Last time out, he held the Pirates to two runs in seven innings of a 7-3 win. Halladay has faced the Cubs three times in his career, including a rough outing at Wrigley Field last July when he allowed six runs in six innings of an 11-6 loss.

PHILLIES vs. ZAMBRANO: Zambrano is 3-1 with a 3.23 ERA in his last eight starts after posting a 5.28 ERA in his first five starts of the season. When the Phillies faced him last season, he had been demoted to the bullpen. He faced one batter in relief. In 2009, he allowed five runs in 6 innings but picked up the win in a 10-5 Cubs victory.

FYI: The Phillies have not posted a winning record in June since 2007.
