Sixers' T.J. McConnell won't play vs. Phoenix Suns; third straight game out
McConnell is averaging 7.1 points, 5.4 assists and 3.6 rebounds in 24.4 minutes.
T.J. McConnell will remain sidelined in Monday night's game against the Phoenix Suns at Wells Fargo Center. He's expected to return on Thursday against the Los Angeles Lakers.
The 76ers reserve point guard also missed his team's last two games with a sprained AC joint in his left shoulder. He suffered the injury on Wednesday night vs. the Washington Wizards.
His X-rays after that game were negative. An MRI Thursday morning revealed no structural damage.

Justin Anderson (shin splints left leg) and Markelle Fultz (scapular muscle imbalance) remain sidelined.
