Sixers owners form Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment

76ers owners Josh Harris and David Blitzer have formed Harris Blitzer Sports  & Entertainment, which will serve as an umbrella of sorts for some of the teams and/or properties they co-own.

HBSE will include the 76ers, the New Jersey Devils, the Delaware 87ers, the Binghamton Devils, the Sixers Innovation Lab, esports franchise Team Dignitas, the Prudential Center, and the GRAMMY Museum Experience Prudential Center.

Scott O'Neil was named HBSE chief executive officer. He had been the CEO for both the Sixers and Devils.  Hugh Weber traded in his job as president of the Devils and the Prudential Center to become president of HBSE.

David Sholler is the vice president for communications for the new organization.  The South Jersey native had the same post for the Sixers since November after a stint as a public relations executive for the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

The restructuring has created led to several promotions. Chris Heck is the new president of the Sixers. Lara Price was named the team's chief operating officer. Jake Reynolds is the Sixers' chief revenue officer, while Katie O'Reilly is the chief marketing officer.
