Philadelphia hosted the NFL draft five years ago. Back then, the Benjamin Franklin Parkway turned from busy boulevard to headquarters of the NFL Experience, where fans of all jerseys could take selfies with Eagles helmets, mascot Swoop, and draft prospects from around the country.
