Car-bound protesters rally against coronavirus shutdown at City Hall

A small group of car-bound protesters called for Philadelphia to reopen at City Hall on Friday, May 8, 2020. A handful of counterprotesters briefly blocked them, while onlookers had mixed feelings about the protest's intent.
