In snow and below-freezing temperatures, thousands of eligible Philadelphians waited for hours to receive a COVID-19 vaccine at the Black Doctors COVID-19 Consortium’s 24-hour, walk-up clinic at the Liacouras Center. The clinic ran nonstop from noon Friday, Feb. 19, to noon Saturday, Feb. 20, 2021.
