Since Wanamaker's closed in 1995, it’s been a Hecht’s, Strawbridge’s, Lord & Taylor, and most recently, a Macy’s. This weekend will be the end of an era in Philly retail and Philadelphians are shopping for closeout values and coming for one last look before the iconic department store shuts its doors for good.
