The Red October Rally Bus kicks off a tour of sites around the region with stops in South Jersey Thursday, ahead of the Phillies return home for this weekend’s NLCS games.

Students from Thomas Edison Elementary School in Haddon Township greeted the Phanatic as he rode in to the parking lot at P.J. Whelihan’s on a double-decker bus, loaded with rally towels and plenty of “Phillies phun.” The bus moved on and made a surprise visit to Central Elementary School in Haddonfield, before heading into Center City.
