Temple won its 2,000th men's basketball game with a 62-61 victory over Davidson on Dec. 18, 2024. Only, Kentucky, Kansas, North Carolina, Duke, and UCLA have also achieved this. Elijah Gray's basket with 5.7 seconds left in the game proved to be the difference.
