Villanova opened Big East Conference play with a 79-67 victory over Seton Hall on Dec. 17, 2024 at Finneran Pavilion. Forward Eric Dixon, who entered Tuesday night as the nation’s leading scorer, led the Wildcats with 25 points. Sophomore guard Tyler Perkins scored a season-high 17 off the bench.
