Roxborough is seeing booming housing development

The 19128 zip code, which includes the neighborhoods of Roxborough, Upper Roxborough, and parts of Manayunk, has seen a spike in residential development, especially rental units. Marlene Schleifer, president of the Ridge Park Civic Association, takes a reporter on a tour of some of the new development.
