Season's first snow storm comes to Philly region

The first snow of the season is upon Philadelphia and areas surrounding the city. The National Weather Service winter storm warning continued for Philadelphia and the collar counties west of the Delaware River for from 4 inches to perhaps 11 inches of snow. Areas just to the east of the river were under a winter weather advisory for 2 to 5 inches.
