Philadelphia Mayor
Later this year, Philadelphia will elect its 100th mayor in a race between the winners of tonightโs Democratic and Republican primaries. The Democratic nominee is all but guaranteed to win, given the party holds a strong voter registration advantage in the city and the mayor has not been a Republican in more than 70 years.

District City Council
Across all 10 districts, only three have competitive races tonight โ the 7th, 8th, and 9th District Democratic primaries. For Novemberโs general election, itโs likely that only the 10th District, the sole seat currently in Republican hands, will have a competitive race.
Find your district
Philadelphia City Council finalized a redistricting plan in 2022, which means your district has most likely changed since the last election. Enter your address and find out what district youโre in.
PA State House Special Election
There are two special elections that will determine which party controls the Pa. House. The chamber is narrowly under Democratic control โ with their 101 seats to 100 Republicans.
The 108th District is expected to remain in Republican hands. That means the majorityโs fate rests on the outcome of the 163rd District in Delco. Former Rep. Mike Zabel resigned in March over accusations of sexual harassment.

About the data
Results come directly from the Associated Press.
The APโs expected vote counts are estimates that may change throughout the night. That means that they become more accurate as votes are counted, giving a clearer and clearer picture of how much of the vote is left to be counted.
It also means the numbers can shift slightly, including going up or down as the expected vote count is adjusted. That doesnโt mean something nefarious is going on โ it just means the AP is updating its estimate to reflect new information.
