I-95 will reopen ‘within two weeks,’ Gov. Shapiro says; Joe Biden tours collapse site and holds Philly campaign rally

President Joe Biden came to Philadelphia on Saturday for his first political rally since he announced his 2024 reelection campaign.
Biden spoke at a rally during the AFL-CIO Constitutional Convention at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
Prior to his rally, Biden received an aerial tour of the I-95 collapse site in Northeast Philadelphia, where the highway remains shut down in both directions.
Gov. Josh Shapiro announced that the temporary reconstruction of I-95 will be complete “within the next two weeks.”
