See what's planned for the redevelopment of the former PES refinery site in South Philly

HRP, formerly known as Hilco Redevelopment Partners, is redeveloping the former refinery into a mixed-use site called The Bellwether District. Clean-up and demolition at the 1,300-acre site is expected to take several years before construction of warehouses, offices and other commercial buildings gets underway.
