Joel Embiid, Kyle Lowry, and Andre Drummond will sit out Sixers’ game against the Suns
Embiid is recovering from a sprained left foot and a sinus fracture. Lowry has a sore hip, while Drummond was a late scratch with a sprained left toe.
Center Joel Embiid, guard Kyle Lowry, and reserve center Andre Drummond will miss the 76ers’ game against the Phoenix Suns on Monday night at the Wells Fargo Center.
Embiid was downgraded and ruled out after he was earlier listed as questionable with a sprained left foot and a right sinus fracture.
“It’s day to day,” coach Nick Nurse said of Embiid’s foot. “He hurt it a couple of days ago. It’s been trying to get back in there, but not good enough to go today. But it’s not nothing major.”

Lowry was listed as questionable before missing the game with right hip soreness. Meanwhile, Drummond was a late scratch with a sprained left toe.
Embiid is averaging 24.4 points, 7.9 rebounds, and 3.8 assists in 13 games this season. The 2023 NBA MVP has missed 20 games because of left knee swelling, load management, the sinus fracture, the foot injury, and a three-game suspension.
This will be the ninth game Lowry will miss this season. He is averaging 4.2 points and 2.7 assists.
Drummond has missed five of the last seven games . He is averaging 7.0 rebounds and 7.9 rebounds.
