NBC’s Premier League Fan Fest is coming to Philadelphia on Eagles-Cowboys weekend

The event was first planned to come to Dilworth Plaza two years ago, but was scrapped because of the pandemic. Now it's time, and the Premier League-NFL crossover will make it even bigger.
