Next spring, WrestleMania will return to Philadelphia after 25 years, and fans can get their hands on tickets starting this Friday at 10 a.m., when general admission tickets will go on sale for the annual WWE showcase.

The two-night event will take place on April 6-7, 2024, at Lincoln Financial Field. Both nights are expected to sell out quickly, as this year’s WrestleMania at SoFi Stadium outside of Los Angeles drew more than 160,000 fans over two nights.

If they don’t want to risk missing out on general admission tickets, wrestling fans can take advantage of a presale to guarantee themselves a spot at the highly anticipated — and soon-to-be sold out — shows in South Philly, but it’s going to cost them.

Here’s what you need to know about WrestleMania and how to get tickets.

What is WrestleMania?

WrestleMania is a two-day professional wrestling event held in a different city each year that features the top superstars in WWE — as well as appearances from other celebrities — and brings fans together from all over the world.

Originally a single-night event, WrestleMania added a second night in 2020 and, apart from 2020, has been held exclusively in football stadiums since 2007.

The event will bring more to the city than just two nights of wrestling. During WrestleMania week, WWE also will host its weekly television programs, Friday Night SmackDown and Monday Night Raw, at the Wells Fargo Center. The WWE Hall of Fame ceremony, which usually is held the night before WrestleMania, also will take place in Philly.

Additionally, WWE will hold fan events at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

In other words, if you miss out on WrestleMania tickets, there are other options.

How can I buy WrestleMania 40 tickets?

General admission tickets will go on sale via Ticketmaster starting at 10 a.m. Friday.

According to multiple wrestling accounts who shared pricing charts on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, the cheapest ticket could cost $40, while the most expensive seats will run $10,000 each.

Those prices aren’t yet confirmed, but if they seem too high to be true, they’re likely not.

On Wednesday, Lincoln Financial Field tweeted that fans can use the code “WWEGOBIRDS” to access limited presale tickets. Those tickets are currently available to purchase from Ticketmaster, and prices there range from $1,000-$10,000.

Looking for secondary options? Fans can also pick up WrestleMania tickets on StubHub, with tickets starting around $349 each for a pair.

Who will be at WrestleMania in 2024?

The WWE has not announced any matches for WrestleMania 40, although fans can expect a full slate of stars and plenty of surprise appearances.

The poster for the event advertises Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, Becky Lynch, Rhea Ripley, Bianca Belair, Asuka, Seth Rollins, and Brock Lesnar.
