Mass shooting at a West Philadelphia cookout left three dead

Mayor Cherelle L. Parker, Police Commissioner Kevin Bethel, and other city leaders provide updates on the fatal shooting that occurred overnight on Monday. More than 100 people were gathered in Carroll Park when a group of men got into a fight, and multiple people pulled guns.
