Wine Dive is on its way to South Street

Chris Fetfatzes and Heather Annechiarico are headed next door to their South Street bar/restaurant, the Cambridge, for a new concept called Wine Dive.

It will replace So Crepe at 1506 South St., sometime this spring, down the street from the couple’s Mexican cantina, Tio Flores.

Fetfatzes describes it as a wine shop serving $5 burgers, chicken sandwiches, and large salads. “You’ll be able to walk in and buy a great bottle of wine, champagne, cider, or beer while grabbing a drink from our list of wines and cocktails,” he said through his rep.

There will be a deep list of wine by the glass as well as heavy focus on affordable cocktails and beers, too.

Beer always is in the couple’s wheelhouse. They got started in the biz by opening Hawthornes, a family friendly restaurant and bottle shop at 11th and Fitzwater Streets.
