Vice President Joe Biden at Parc on Rittenhouse Square, where he visited the kitchen to thank staff, including Starr Restaurant Organization's corporate chef Alex Lee.
The veep's graduating granddaughter, Naomi Biden, was feted Saturday on the roof deck at Continental Mid-town.
