Dominique Filoni out at Parc

Chef Dominique Filoni, who opened Parc on Rittenhouse Square, is no longer in the employ of Starr Restaurant Organization, as of this morning.

Fired? Quit?

It's not clear. Neither Filoni nor Starr would talk about it. All Starr would say is that sous chefs Dakota Weiss and Art Cavaliere are running the show for now.

And what a show. Almost from the opening in July, the restaurant had been doing $300,000 a week (that's before cooler weather).
