Feliz duo opening Pizzeria Felici in Horsham
Pizzeria Felici, coming to a new development at 303 Horsham Rd. in Horsham in mid-August, will specialize in Neapolitan-style wood-fired pizza.
Tim Spinner and Brian Sirhal of the Feliz restaurants (Cantina Feliz, La Calaca Feliz, and Taqueria Feliz) are veering from Latin America to Europe for their next restaurant.
And they've brought in some firepower to consult: chef Jim Burke, the former chef/owner of South Philadelphia's late James, who's been doing a little of this and that after returning more than a year ago from New York City.
Pizzeria Felici, coming to a new development at 303 Horsham Rd. in Horsham (that's Route 463, right off Dresher Road, across from the Giant supermarket) in mid-August, will specialize in Neapolitan-style wood-fired pizza.
The 90-seater's menu will be focused on 12-inch pizza, while including starters/antipasti, handmade pastas, large seasonal salads, and generous entrees. Executive chef is Michael Brenfleck of La Calaca Feliz, and Kelly Fink will general-manage.
Full bar, with 20 seats, will feature 10 draft lines, bottled and canned beer, and Italian wines by the glass, half-carafe, and bottle.
