'Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives' goes to Jersey Shore

The first episodes shot in the Atlantic City area last month will premiere at 10 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12.

Food Network star and multitasker Guy Fieri not only paid a visit to his steakhouse in Bally's in Atlantic City last month, he shot segments for his show Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.

The first will premiere at 10 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12 when Ernest & Son Meat Market in Brigantine (a destination for sausage and jerky) and Oyster Creek Inn in Leeds Point (around since the 1930s) are featured in an episode called "Oldies But Goodies." Also included is George the Chili King in Des Moines.

The second - featuring Kelsey & Kim's Southern Cafe of Atlantic City - will be on at 10 p.m. Jan. 16. The episode's title of "Fish, Fries and Feet" refers to the pigs feet on the menu.

Fieri also shot episodes at the Anchorage Tavern in Somers Point, the Grilled Cheese & Crab Cake Co. in Somers Point, and Carluccio's Coal Fired Pizza in Northfield.
