Pour House opening in North Wales
P.J. Whelihan's says it will take over the Romano's in Airport Square, installing a craft-beer-and-burger bar.
One door closes and another door opens.
Literally.
On Tuesday, Jan. 20, it was last call at the Romano's Macaroni Grill location on Route 309 in Airport Square in North Wales, Pa.
Now comes word from the crew at P.J. Whelihan's that it will take over the spot, installing a Pour House there.
Pour House - which started in P.J.'s hometown of Westmont, N.J., and later expanded to Exton, Pa. - is focused on craft beer and burgers, plus oysters, salads and sandwiches.
P.J.'s CEO Jim Fris says to expect 40 beers on tap and a late-spring opening.
PJW Restaurant Group now has 18 restaurants, including The Chophouse and Treno.
