Tired Hands opens general store in Ardmore
Tired Hands General Store (20 Ardmore Ave.), in a former optometrist's office beneath the brewer's offices, is equal parts bottle shop (with select bottles from Tired Hands on shelves and in a refrigerator) and merch center (with T-shirts, hats, bottle openers, and the like.
Tired Hands Brewing Co., which has a brew cafe and the nearby larger Fermentaria in downtown Ardmore, has opened a general store next to the cafe, on Ardmore Avenue.

Merchandise is sold in the cafe and Fermentaria, says founder Jean Broillet IV, but "I don't want our workers turning into retail associates."
A private room in the back can host events.
Early hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday to Sunday.
