A look at Union Trust's menu
A vertical steak tasting?
Union Trust steakhouse (717 Chestnut St.) debuted officially Valentine's night, feeding several hundred.
Here's the dinner menu, studded with non-steakhouse-y selections, such as grilled shrimp with coconut milk, and agave tuna tartare. And one most interesting steak option: A vertical tasting (for four people), in which you get four dry-aged ribeyes that are aged 56, 49, 42 and 35 days. The kitchen splits 'em four ways so you can experience the difference in aging. That's $500.
Lunch starts February 25.
