All-day restaurant headed to Headhouse Square

Zach Morris, owner of Haverford's Green Engine Coffee Co., and Kelsey Bush, Green Engine's general manager and chef, have signed a lease for 414 S. Second St. on Headhouse Square, where they plan to open an all-day restaurant with a bar to open late this year or in early 2018.
The spot is the former Cafe Nola, which closed in 2015 amid bankruptcy.
The restaurant, yet unnamed, will serve Rival Bros Coffee, as well as a larger all-day food menu overseen by Bush, a Culinary Institute of America grad.
Morris, whose Instagram profile identifies him as a "recovering sommelier and coffee shop owner," will use his experience to gin up the alcohol side.
Ambit Architecture, which designed Spot Burgers, Res Ipsa, and Collingswood's forthcoming Hearthside, will handle the interior. MSC Retail's Vincent Stipo did the real estate deal.
The block's restaurant tenants include Bodhi Coffee, Xochitl, and Malbec.
