Little Baby's Ice Cream, the boutique Philly scoop shop, opens a branch at 19 S. 12th St. in the new East Market development at 4 p.m. Sept. 7.

This Little Baby's shop will be the first to offer soft-serve ice cream from Trickling Springs Creamery, which is super-rich (8 percent butterfat and no high-fructose corn syrup). Nondairy varieties are available, too.
Hours are noon to 9 p.m. Monday to Thursday, noon to 10 p.m. Friday to Sunday.
