Morrell Park, a BYOB, to open near Phoenixville
Michael Falcone describes the seasonal, local, and sustainable food as a mix of the two-bell Funky Lil' Kitchen and the food truck, and calls the atmosphere "modern vintage."

Restaurateur Michael Falcone – who chef-owned Pottstown's Funky Li'l Kitchen for a decade and now is a mobile act with HEART Food Truck – grew up on Nottingham Lane in the Morrell Park section of Northeast Philadelphia.
Falcone is using Morrell Park as the name of the all-day BYOB he plans to open late this fall on Route 23 in the new Westside development, just outside of Phoenixville.
He describes the seasonal, local, and sustainable food as a mix of the two-bell Funky Lil' Kitchen and the food truck, and calls the atmosphere "modern vintage."
How's that? A mix of modern colors and fixtures along with reclaimed wood. "It's a play on the house I grew up in – nothing too kitschy."
It will be open from breakfast through dinnertime Monday to Saturday with counter service and takeout.
