Get on the list for Diner en Blanc
The mysterious gathering is gearing up for a second year.
Last summer's premiere of Diner en Blanc - the Paris-rooted pop-up dinner - was a smash hit.
Thirteen hundred people dressed in white brought their own chairs, tables and food to a meeting spot, and were then directed to the Swann Fountain on the Parkway for a joyous evening.
Organizers are gearing up for the second outing this summer. The date (and of course the location) is not known, but the waiting list is filling up. Last year, 4,000 people got on it for 650 slots (each person registers for two - and only two - people).
