David Ansill to cook Pif hits at a pop up at Noord
The one-nighter will be Oct. 9.

Chef David Ansill will bring back the hits from Pif — his celebrated early-2000s BYOB where Bibou now stands at Eighth and Carpenter Streets — for a one-nighter on Oct. 9 at Noord, the Northern Euro BYO at 11th and Tasker Streets.
Ansill has led a nomadic restaurant existence since he closed Ansill, his last restaurant (where Ela now stands). He cooked a similar one-nighter in July at Amis, and it was well-received.
